dislikes: pc, woke, cancel culture. almost all tv programs and most cable programming. haven't watched tv news in many years. texmex food, middle eastern and african food. any thing with lima beans or brussel sprouts in it. the seasoning i can not stomach is cilantro - it's genetic. awful flavor, yuck!likes: scifi, fantasy, horror movies especially at the theater...with lots of popcorn and dr. pepper to drink. indycar, formula 1,. sports car racing. hence the user name. oriental food. favorite is sichuan and hunan style cuisine found in bellaire. of course dim sum from chinatowns all over the country. i also lve to cook chinese recipes. sonoran jalisco and mexico city style mexican food. very eclectic taste in many other endeavors: love bullfighting, mah jongg, olympic curling, snow skiing, 24 hours of lemons racing, 2a shooting sports, scca rallies and autox, college football, national politics, computing, and teaching. contact me for further info on any of these with which you may be unfamiliar.
