Just a normal guy here, looking to date CONSERVATIVE women. I am out of a divorce for 6 years so I'm stable with no baggage. I get along well with my ex and my daughter is an adult and living out of state. Unfortunately, in Sonoma County, Ca, there is a dearth of the bane of liberal women. I like to meet people and have fun, but dating liberal women ALWAYS ends in disaster. As much as you try to avoid the big "P", (politics) it ALWAYS raises its ugly head, and wah-lah...problems. PLEASE, ladies, I want to know some of you; I want to relax by the fire and talk about current events without a volcano going off(bush's fault--libs ALL do that...they are all for free speech unless its a counter point of view!) So that is what I am looking for, stable adult women, over 50, who want to do fun things, besides politics, the beach, maybe a cruise...I do have a Harley(but not a 'biker') so if you don't like motorcycles, sorry. If you do like motorcycles..LETS RIDE! I have lots of outside interests, sometimes guest speak at high schools, I do living history, work the local air show and have a wide varity of interests and love life. A good day for me is cruising on my bike in the redwoods, or going to the ocean and watching its magic. I was a park ranger for 20 years and worked full time another 10 years for the County of Sonoma. I work part time, and will be collecting SS this month, July, so I'll be able to have even more ability to travel and enjoy life. I am in reasonable shape for the shape I am in and expect the same. Please don't have a 'few extra pounds' that is excessive. Don't be shy, I'm not....Gary in Santa Rosa
