Back in the day, I was a hippie, junior division. After my brain developed a bit, I drifted along in more or less casual liberalism. Then, one day, I discovered a copy of "Conservative Chronicle" in the student union. Wow! These people were writing what I believed! I was a two-time Reagan voter, and was hugely disappointed in the Bushes, father and son. I gritted my teeth through the Clinton years, and even more so during the reign of The Lightbringer, and by the end of the Joetato era, my teeth were ground to nubs.. SO GLAD that, after his third won election, Trump is in office and cleaning out the Augean Stables. Living as I do in The People's Republic of Ithaca -- a town about which Stalin would say, "Mmm, a little too left for me," -- I do often feel alone. I've already lost one friend: smart guy, moral guy, nice guy, but with terminal TDS. Well, I will NEVER get tired of winning, and life goes on. Vance 2028!
