Now it's the democrats turn. President Obama insist that whatever healthcare bill comes to pass not add to the deficit, that it MUST be paid for, no horse trading should be on that insist list. Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., No Special Medicaid Exemption! Yeah it's become business as usual for both parties but one of the reasons people voted for President Obama was to put an end to business as usual in Washington, was also the theme of his campaign, CHANGE! Such inserts into legislation are paid-offs as much as they would be if offered by a lobbyist, wealthy donor or corporation as payment for a vote and should be likewise Banned. A bill that makes healthcare a right every American is entitled to, that is affordable and that is paid for should be enough reason for their vote. Any Senator, Any member of the Congress holding the healthcare bill hostage for something extra ought to have their name/names made public along with their quid pro quo offer.

` Since it is NOT paid for, costs decabillions more than we were led to believe, and is disliked by over 65% of the American people (both Dems and Rep) Oh, I dunno why. Universal healthcare is a lofty goal. If the country was beyond solvent, and wisely added in the rise of costs as the year go by, it could be downright agreeable. But, it isn't, they haven't, and we the people don't like it.
